When you start a new campaign, its life cycle will follow the following steps:
Day 0: You've configured and started the campaign.
Day 1: The finder or the segment associated to the campaign will find the first contacts that will be sent to the campaign owner for validation. A notification will be sent to them on their mobile device at the start time of the campaign's first execution slot.
Day 2 and following: The invitations approved the day before are sent and the new invitations are sent for validation on the campaign owner's mobile device. Those contacts who accepted the invitation the day before receive the welcome message.
You can follow the indicators below from the invitation campaign list, available by choosing Campaign > Invites in the left menu.

Real-time campaign execution monitoring.
When the first execution slot of the day is started, a percentage is displayed corresponding to the ratio between the number of invitations sent and the total number of invitations to be sent during the day.
You can hover the mouse over the ratio for more details on the distribution of invitations among the categories below.
Number of invitations blocked by the campaign owner.
Number of invitations already sent by one of the workspace members for the same campaign.
Number of invitations that caused an error when sent.
Number of invitations whose sending condition was not valid at the time of sending.
Number of invitations corresponding to a contact who has already been invited manually or through another system by the campaign owner.
Number of invitations sent.
Campaign conversion ratio of the number of invitations sent to the number of invitations accepted, followed by a green visual indicator if the ratio is considered to be in the upper average observed, or a red indicator if the ratio is considered able to be improved. The tipping point value is 40%.
The best performing invitation campaigns are visible in the Top Network Growth section of the dashboard.
The list contains the following columns:
Number of invitations sent through the campaign.
Number of new connections that accepted an invitation sent through the campaign.
Campaign conversion ratio between the number of invitations sent and the number of invitations accepted, followed by a green visual indicator if the ratio is considered to be in the upper average observed, or a red indicator if the ratio is considered able to be improved. The tipping point value is 40%.
All contacts from the finder associated with the campaign have been invited and the finder is now empty.
The campaign owner's LinkedIn account login session has expired. The campaign therefore cannot start.
The campaign owner has signed out of the mobile app.
The campaign owner's account is inactive.
No execution slots have been scheduled for the campaign.
The size of the campaign cohort is set to 0.
The campaign was created during the day. No execution slot has yet been launched. The campaign will therefore .
The campaign has started, but the first campaign has not yet started. You can find out the start date by hovering over the icon with the mouse.
