Following invitation campaign activity

Life cycle

When you start a new campaign, its life cycle will follow the following steps:

  • Day 0: You've configured and started the campaign.

  • Day 1: The finder or the segment associated to the campaign will find the first contacts that will be sent to the campaign owner for validation. A notification will be sent to them on their mobile device at the start time of the campaign's first execution slot.

  • Day 2 and following: The invitations approved the day before are sent and the new invitations are sent for validation on the campaign owner's mobile device. Those contacts who accepted the invitation the day before receive the welcome message.

Today progress

Real-time campaign execution monitoring.

When the first execution slot of the day is started, a percentage is displayed corresponding to the ratio between the number of invitations sent and the total number of invitations to be sent during the day.

The number of invitations to be sent during the day must correspond to the size of the cohorts multiplied by the number of campaign execution slots, give or take 10%.

If not, this indicates that the data source associated with the campaign is almost empty. If you want to continue with the campaign, you must either configure a new data source or reconfigure the criteria of the existing data source to find new contacts to invite.

You can hover the mouse over the ratio for more details on the distribution of invitations among the categories below.

Blocked

Number of invitations blocked by the campaign owner.

If the campaign owner blocks too many invitations, this indicates that the underlying data source's targeting criteria do not match the audience they are trying to reach. You must therefore determine what doesn't match and refine the targeting criteria accordingly.

Duplicate

Number of invitations already sent by one of the workspace members for the same campaign.

The invitations counted in this category correspond to contacts who have already been invited by one of the workspace members through a campaign with the same name and the same program name.

This indicates that the data source associated with the campaigns partially target the same audience.

If you want to avoid this, you can create a single finder and add additional members to it, or use a tenant scope segment. In this case, the contacts will be distributed among the members exclusively.

Error

Number of invitations that caused an error when sent.

False

Number of invitations whose sending condition was not valid at the time of sending.

Pending

Number of invitations corresponding to a contact who has already been invited manually or through another system by the campaign owner.

Sent

Number of invitations sent.

Ratio

Campaign conversion ratio of the number of invitations sent to the number of invitations accepted, followed by a green visual indicator if the ratio is considered to be in the upper average observed, or a red indicator if the ratio is considered able to be improved. The tipping point value is 40%.

Dashboard

The best performing invitation campaigns are visible in the Top Network Growth section of the dashboard.

The list contains the following columns:

Sent

Number of invitations sent through the campaign.

Accepted

Number of new connections that accepted an invitation sent through the campaign.

Ratio

Campaign conversion ratio between the number of invitations sent and the number of invitations accepted, followed by a green visual indicator if the ratio is considered to be in the upper average observed, or a red indicator if the ratio is considered able to be improved. The tipping point value is 40%.
