Installing the mobile app

Members must have installed the Stent mobile app and then be registered before they can be associated to a workspace.

Downloading the app

The mobile app can be downloaded from the following links:

Logging in

The first time you launch the mobile app, you'll have to follow the first steps that will allow you to connect to your LinkedIn account and get your SSI (Social Selling Index) score.

Once you see your SSI score displayed, your account is ready to be associated to a workspace as a new member.

Logging out

Members can choose to log out of the mobile app. To do this, tap the three dots in the menu at the top right on the screen, then tap Logout.

Once a user logs out of their mobile app, they are automatically set as inactive in the workspaces they belong to. Their account can therefore no longer be used to launch campaigns or share content.

Updating a profile

You can force an update of profile information, such as photos and introductions, by swiping down on the profile audit screen.
