Configuring follow-up messages
Your contacts will likely have to be approached several times before showing signs of interest. You can set up follow-up messages if you aren't able to get their attention the first time.
You can add follow-up messages to your campaign that will be sent in the days following the sending of an invitation campaign welcome message, or the day after an initial nurturing campaign message.

- 1.In the campaign editing form, click the New follow-up button in the Messages section.
- 2.Give a distinctive name to your follow-up message, then click Create.
- 3.Compose the content of the follow-up message.
If this option is enabled, the message will not be sent if the campaign sender has sent a message themself between the time of sending the previous message and the sending of the follow-up message.
