Configuring follow-up messages

Your contacts will likely have to be approached several times before showing signs of interest. You can set up follow-up messages if you aren't able to get their attention the first time.
You can add follow-up messages to your campaign that will be sent in the days following the sending of an invitation campaign welcome message, or the day after an initial nurturing campaign message.
In the campaign editing form, click the New follow-up button in the Messages section.
Give a distinctive name to your follow-up message, then click Create.
Compose the content of the follow-up message.
If this option is enabled, the message will not be sent if the campaign sender has sent a message themself between the time of sending the previous message and the sending of the follow-up message.
If this option is enabled, the message will not be sent if the contact sends a message to the campaign sender between the time of sending the previous message and sending the follow-up message.
Allows you to configure the time to wait between sending the previous message and sending the follow-up message.
Double-click the name of the follow-up message to change its name.
You can delete a follow-up message by clicking the x
to the right of its name.
